Woke up and our gate was just stuck wide open. All night. In Los Angeles. Not a great feeling. Called Novak Doors & Gates first thing and Jonah was out there fast. He fixed the gate opener motor, got the gate secured, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. The electric gate repair was quick and honestly I'm just relieved we found someone reliable who could handle it that same morning. Really professional from start to finish. ~ Justin H
We've got a small apartment building in Los Angeles and finally pulled the trigger on a Doorking intercom system installation. Eric from Novak Doors & Gates handled everything. He walked us through the whole setup, made sure every single tenant line was actually working (not just "should be working"), and the installation itself was super clean. Our HOA in Santa Monica had this TekTone ancient intercom system that barely worked anymore. Half the connections were staticky and some just didn't work at all. Roy did a full Doorking intercom system installation as a replacement and the difference is unreal. Every connection works, the audio is crystal clear, and he tested everything before wrapping up.
