Woke up and our gate was just stuck wide open. All night. In Los Angeles. Not a great feeling. Called Novak Doors & Gates first thing and Jonah was out there fast. He fixed the gate opener motor, got the gate secured, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. We've got a small apartment building in Los Angeles and finally pulled the trigger on a Doorking intercom system installation. Eric from Novak Doors & Gates handled everything. He walked us through the whole setup, made sure every single tenant line was actually working (not just "should be working"), and the installation itself was super clean. So our driveway gate in Santa Monica just decided it wasn't going to close all the way anymore. No warning, nothing.
